Vessels!

I have been back to making my miniature perfume bottles and vessels once again! With spring in the air and the smell of fresh flowers blooming, I am reminded of the power of scent and the allure of aromatherapy. From that, comes the inspiration to create delicate little vessels to contain these precious oils and elixers.......

New Facebook Fan Page!

Spring is in the air and that means fun new things are happening in the studio! This time of year inspires me so much.....especially when all the little birds start to come back from their winter holiday and wake me up in the mornings with their sweet little chirps and whistles! I'm working on a new series of bird beads and have some in the shop - do drop in to take a peek!

Glass Line Magazine tutorial and new Classes!!

Hello Everyone!

Well I have certainly been a distracted blogger as of late. A lot has been happening and I will be posting more regularly now to keep you all informed on my newest beads, classes and other exciting, bead related news!

First of all, I have a new, 6 page tutorial on how I make my swan beads featured in the latest issue of Glass Line Magazine! You can purchase a copy through their website at www.hotglass.com (click the header of this post for a direct link to their website!).
I was delighted to see one of my beads featured on the cover and am thrilled with the look of the tutorial! I hope you really enjoy it.

Also, I will be teaching two, 2-day classes at Ed Hoy's International in Chicago in the beginning of June! Class details can be found on their website at http://www.edhoy.com/Class.aspx. These classes are so much fun and I hope to see you there!

Hi Ho! Horses are here!

Good morning my beady friends! :) It's snowing outside and I need to shovel a path to get to the studio today! But before I tackle that chore, I'm listing some new goodies in the shop for you! Here are two new horse beads.....a bold friesian and a colourful buckskin!

New Beads!

Well after a busy season of travelling I'm happy to be back in the studio once again. I've listed some lovely new focal beads in the shop with new beads coming up daily! I'm Back!

Ok so I didn't go too far....just took a bit of a break from the studio this summer and fall! Things have been insanely hectic the past few years - all good stuff - just no downtime! So, in order to refuel my creative "think tank" I decided to give myself a rest. Now I'm refreshed, recharged and happily back in the studio once again! Here are two new beads in my favourite styles that I've listed in my Etsy shop for you, ( www.kerribeads.etsy.com ) a feisty raven holding a bright, red berry and a serene swan gliding under a full moon.

Good Monday Morning everyone!

Thanks to some special custom requests I've had lately, I've been working on some new beads and have a few to share today! One is a cheeky raven with a bright red berry and the other is a cheerful red winged blackbird! I'm working on more beads throughout the week so I hope you'll check back to see what's new!
